REFUND ELIGIBILITY

If you have completed less than 2 modules and feel ArcLab is not the right fit for you, you are eligible for a full refund.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Send one email to support@arclab.systems with your account email and the reason. No questions asked.

PROCESSING

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

EXCEPTIONS

Refunds are not available after completing 2 or more modules, as this indicates substantial use of the product.
